Step 1: Deposit funds

Customers can deposit funds into the designated Hong Kong bank account of the Company by:

Step 2: Remittance Notice

Customers are reminded to keep deposit slips for successful deposits after each deposit, (choose one of the following)

(a) together with the completed and signed deposit application form, email to admin@syinnet.com; or

(2) Complete and submit the deposit application form – electronic version;

And call the Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3916 3916 / Whatsapp(852) 9761 4267  or contact us via online customer service.

After the company has verified the deposits of the customers, the customers can immediately conduct trading of precious metals on the online trading platform.

Precautions:

5. The company only accepts funds deposited in the name of the customer and does not accept any third party deposits.

6. Deposits need to be notified to the customer service of the company online or by telephone for verification.

7. The cut-off time for deposits is 6:00 pm Hong Kong time per working day, and overdue deposits will be processed on the next business day.

8. The effective date of the deposit is subject to the final decision of the company.


Step 3: Funding is accounted for

Once your deposit or remittance has been confirmed, Value AI Limited

 will deposit your funds into your E-Trading account as soon as possible.


Step 4: Start trading

After the company has verified the deposits of the customers, the customers can immediately conduct trading of precious metals on the online trading platform.


【The withdrawal process】

Step 1: Fill out the form

If the customer needs to withdraw money, (the following two)

(1) Please complete and sign the withdrawal request form and email the withdrawal instruction to admin@syinnet.com; or

(2) Complete and submit the withdrawal request form – electronic version

And call the Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3916 3916 / Whatsapp(852) 9761 4267 or contact us via online customer service.


Step 2: Data review

After confirming receipt of the withdrawal instruction, the company will withdraw the required amount from your trading account after the relevant department has reviewed and confirmed the information.

(The “Withdrawal Request Form” can be downloaded from the “Common Forms Download” section of this website, or can be obtained from online customer service.)


Step 3: Funds arrive

 

Value AI Limited will remit the money you want to withdraw to your designated bank account according to the bank information you provided.


Precautions:

  1. The company only accepts funds in the name of the customer, and does not accept withdrawal of client funds to any third party bank account.
  2. In order to avoid delays in withdrawal, before submitting the withdrawal instruction, the customer should confirm that your bank account information is correct and the withdrawal amount will only be saved back to the bank account pre-registered by the customer. The withdrawal currency is the same as the currency of the customer deposit and the currency of the registered bank account.
  3. In the case of non-Hong Kong local withdrawals, the company is required to pay the withdrawal by wire transfer. The administrative expenses required by the branch bank, transfer bank and receiving bank will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  4. If the customer issues a withdrawal instruction within one week after depositing the funds, and the customer has not used 50% of the funds deposited, or has not made any open positions after the last deposit; After the customer’s withdrawal instruction, the client’s funds will be frozen for at least 7 working days before the withdrawal is processed for internal review.
  5. The withdrawal of the customer can generally be made within 1 to 2 working days after the withdrawal request is accepted by the company. Depending on the arrangement of your withdrawal bank, the withdrawal request will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  6. The withdrawal time for the withdrawal request is 12 noon Hong Kong time per working day. The overdue withdrawal request will be treated as the next working day.
  7. Where the client’s withdrawal is less than HK$150, the bank fee will be borne by the client.
  8. The customer will be responsible for the costs incurred by the company in order to re-issue the withdrawal program due to the customer’s error in providing the withdrawal bank information.
  9. If the client has not made any purchases and made a withdrawal, the company will charge $150 as an administrative fee. (except for the plan to get rich)
  10. The effective date of the withdrawal instruction is subject to the final decision of the company.
